Product Description
The roots vacuum pump is a mechanical vacuum pump with a pair of synchronous high-speed rotation sole-shaped rotors, this pump can not be pumped separately, the front stage needs to be equipped with an oil seal, water ring, etc., and can be directly discharged into the atmosphere. Its structure and working principle are similar to Roots blower, and its suction port is connected to the vacuum container or the main pump of the vacuum system when it works.
Fast start, less power consumption, low operation and maintenance costs, large pumping speed, high efficiency, insensitivity to a small amount of water vapor and dust contained in the pumped gas, and a larger pumping rate, can quickly eliminate the sudden release of gas. The machine is widely used in vacuum packaging, vacuum metallurgy refining, degassing, and rolling, as well as chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries in vacuum distillation, vacuum concentration and vacuum drying.
